REASONS TO USE A GRAVITY PICK
-Shaped And Polished By Professionals To Bring You A Quality Product That Cannot Be Matched At This Price Point.
-Acrylic grips very well as has the ability to glide across the strings with very little resistance.
-Instant Tone Improvement.
-Play Faster And Louder With Our Unique Material And Bevel Design.
-Proprietary Beveling System To Give The Most Consistent Bevels Possible. You Will Receive A Consistent Product Each And Every Time You Order.
-Lasts Much Longer Than A Regular Pick.

POLISHED VS MASTER FINISH
The bevels on each pick are shaped on a grinding wheel which creates rough bevels. Those bevels are then polished or left unpolished (which we call ‘Master Finish’).
The Polished version glides across the strings with very little effort.
The Master Finish (unpolished) version is a bit brighter and creates a different release off the string. It allows you to ‘dig in’ a bit more. It is just a personal preference.

GRIP HOLES
The minimum thickness for the grip holes is 2mm. We cannot offer the grip holes in the 1.5mm thickness because they can break easily. I apologize for the inconvenience. Please try the 2mm. Most players are able to adjust up to the 2mm.

Unbelievably Good

I'd used jazz picks for literally a couple decades, but I found a Gravity pick on the floor as I was cleaning up after a guitar seminar. I tried it out and I was blown away by the tone. Crisp and articulate without any harshness. The feel on the strings was incredible, and the pick felt good in my fingers. It was an instant conversion, and I was happy to find that the Mini 2mm picks were so close in size to what I was using previously. I'd rate these higher than 5 stars if I could!

Currently my favorite picks, but....

I really like the Gravity Mini Razer 1.5 mm polished acrylic picks. They can handle five or six hours of, for lack of a better term, abuse. At which point they will get to the point where you either have to take an emery board and sharpen the tip back up a bit or reach for a new pick. If you are trying to do super fast alternate picking or tremolo picking - whatever you want to call it - one of these picks, slightly broken in, such that has become beveled a bit to fit whichever hand you strum with, is when you will get the best fast-picking feel. I usually reach this point with one of these picks on probably its second day of use in my daily practice routine. Assuming I've been making sure to always hold the pic with the same side facing up. Prior to using Gravity picks, I used Dunlop 2mm Stubbys (the small purple ones). In all honesty, I believe that the 2mm Stubby shape is superior to the Gravity 1.5mm Mini Razer pick, however, and this is the reason I switched, the Dunlop pick will wear out within 45 minutes or less. If Gravity could make a pick shaped exactly like the Dunlop Stubby but that would keep its sharp smooth point for even, say, 5 hours, I think that would be the perfect pick. So, like I said, gravity is making some very high quality picks and I like them. However, they play their best after they've been broken in a bit, and once they reach that "broken in state," you will get the best performance out of them for probably a solid 3-4 hours of playing before they get past broken in and move into worn out territory. Personally, I would like to see a Gravity Mini Razer 2mm pick with a slightly shallower taper. Maybe 60⁰ instead of 80⁰. I don't know for sure if that would give it a bit more shelf life or not. It's just a thought.

I just want to add, I'm not putting down Gravity picks in any way, I'm just giving my honest thoughts. And, I understand, if you're going to make a pick with a sharp point, it's going to take some serious materials engineering to find something that will allow that pick to stand up to the abuse/friction that the strings plus fast alternate picking creates. As with most things in the guitar world, there's usually a bit of compromise involved. For my taste the Dunlop Stubby 2mm is truly the perfect shape, but the 1.5 mm Gravity Mini Razer gets you a very significant advantage in terms of durability.

Great Pick

I took a chance, i'm used to using jim dunlop jazz stubby 3.0, and these were the same size , easy to get used to, they seem smoother for fast picking and very clean sounding ,i really like them, wish shipping was free. Just wonder why you don't make thumb picks , i play fingerstyle as well and would like to have a thumb pick made with your quality and materials, let me know if you ever make them please. ramiro galvan

Love the picks, way too expensive

I love the picks. Too expensive for a working musician. If you lose one, bye bye $10. Wish you guys could make them more affordable.
